Put your dormant stock back to work. In commercial vehicles, one missing part keeps a vehicle off the road when it should be earning. Workshops and hauliers therefore hold a lot of stock, and fleets change faster than stock does. With HOTIPARTS, your parts regain their value: we show them to workshops and operators in other countries, without your name and, if you wish, without a displayed price.

Where idle parts come from

• Fleet renewal. A haulier or bus company with its own workshop replaces its vehicles. The trucks go, the spare parts stay.
• A change of manufacturer. A tender for new buses is won by another brand. The stock held for the old fleet is no longer needed.
• A new generation. New cab, new emissions standard, new electronics: the parts for the previous generation stop moving at the dealer.
• A repair that never happened. Parts were ordered for an accident-damaged vehicle, then the vehicle was written off or sold unrepaired.
• Wrong orders and parts a customer never collected.

These parts are often bulky and expensive. They fill the warehouse, and their value falls every year, often by 20 to 25%.

Who is looking for these parts

Many trucks, coaches and vans stay on the road long after their series has ended, often with a second owner in another country. Their operators look for brake, suspension, gearbox, injection, body and lighting parts, cab parts, dashboards and control units.

On HOTIPARTS, they search by part number: truck workshops, hauliers, coach operators, bus restorers and van garages in Europe, the United States and Brazil. All brands are welcome, for example Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Volvo, DAF, Iveco, Renault Trucks or Setra, as well as the suppliers of brakes, gearboxes and injection systems.

Discreet until you agree

• your name is never shown: the buyer sees "Supplier A", the country and the "Verified company" badge;
• by default, no price is published: you give it in your answer, or show it only to logged-in members;
• your contact details are only shared if you accept the connection, and only the ones you choose.

Get started in 3 steps

1. Register the company

   Free. We check your company before the first publication: UID register, VAT via VIES or manual check.

2. Publish the list

   An Excel or CSV export from your software is enough: part number, brand, description. Add the model, quantity and condition if you can: buyers also search by model.

3. Answer and accept

   You answer requests online, without your name. If the buyer wants to talk to you, you accept the connection for free and deal with them directly.
